Shuangping started in 1996 and has been engaged in manufacturing and researching of high & medium frequency induction heating machines for 20 years. Our company is located in Shenzhen and has more than 150 personnel. Shuangping is one of the earliest suppliers of solid state induction heating machines and contributed a lot in the developing and improving in that area.
Main products:
(1) Medium & high frequency induction heating machines, (200Hz~1.5MHz, 1KW~600KW) with hundreds of models of different power and frequency for different usage.
(2) High frequency pipe welding power generators;
(3) Mobile induction heating machines with 3 to 40M long cable heating head.
Our products have been used both in China and abroad and have good reputation in the quality and characteristics of our machines.
Technical features: All our products are based on the patent of chief manager Mr. Wei, through decades of development, one to five generation Shuangping unique techniques have been formed and used in our machines to achieve different power, frequency and advantages.
(1) First generation technique is characterized by soft switch and frequency adjust techniques in series oscillating circuit which SP-04C, SP-15 and SP-25 machines are based on. All these machines feature simple structure, low power, easy operation and low price which lead to the wide use of them. At the same time, this generation technique has become common all over China and the "Di-Di" voice designed by Shuangping has been the typical sign of Chinese induction heating machines.
(2) Second generation technique, which is developed and used in year 2000, features dual control system in series oscillating circuit which makes it possible to produce larger power high frequency induction heating machine by using common IGBT module, our SP-35B series machines are based on such technique and the reliability of these machines are highly increased.
(3) Third generation technique, developed in year 2002, which is the improvement of second generation technique, features soft inverting switch control which thoroughly solves all the problem and leads an important role in all our later product design and development. Now most of our products are based on this third generation technique.
(4) Forth generation technique is developed at the same year to modify our forth technique for parallel oscillating circuit which is mainly used in medium frequency induction heating machines. Our SPZ medium frequency series ( 400Hz to 20kHz) is based on this technique.
(5) In Year 2009, we developed SPH series high frequency pipe welding generator which features small size, high efficiency and is the good replacement of old type machine.
Through 20 years accumulation, we have full series induction heating products which cover frequency from 400Hz to 1.5MHz and power from 1KW to 600KW to satisfy the needs of all kinds of metal and alloy heating including brazing, melting, heat treatment, shaping and forging, crystal growth, medical research, X-ray tube air releasing and so on.
We have the patent more than 20 pieces in that area.
Shuangping is always emphasizing the research and developing in that area and our chief manager Mr. Wei is taking charge of the research himself. We have good cooperation with some famous university and colleges in China to promote the developing and usage of induction technology.
